Job Description:

Responsibilities:
·         Analyze onsite search data and identify and execute opportunities to optimize customer search journey, increase sales and improve conversion
·         Communicate onsite search merchandising strategy, performance and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams
·         Partner closely with Product Information & UX teams on strategic planning of new product enhancements & features
·         Develop search measurement plans and dashboards; monitor onsite search metrics and KPIs
·         Lead strategy for onsite search product boosting / highlighting and search related content
·         Research and recommend changes to data, product attribution and relevancy ranking strategy
·         Lead zero search results data analysis efforts and management
·         Partner with Buying teams on trending products & assortment opportunities
·         Establish and implement guidelines and best practices in order to optimize the onsite search program
·         Benchmark Buckle’s onsite search experience versus its competitors

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
·         5+ years' experience in ecommerce / online merchandising, preferably with a multi-channel retailer
·         Strong experience with search engines and onsite search strategy; Endeca or SOLR
·         Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
·         Planning and Organizing Skills
·         Time Management Skills
·         Communications Skills (Oral & Written)
·         Strategic and Analytic Thinker
