Guest Services Representative

Job Description:


The Guest Services Representative position is responsible for all aspects of Guest Services. This position collaborates with stores and various departments to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.  

Responsibilities:

•    Coordinate with stores to place and ship prepaid store orders
•    Assist guests in processing store orders and buckle.com orders
•    Process buckle.com hold orders
•    Resolve all shipping/receiving errors with stores, guests and carriers
•    Resolve guest merchandise concerns and issues
•    Correspond with guests regarding merchandise inquires
•    Assist with Buckle Card questions
•    Process online and store purchase returns
•    Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Requirements:

•    Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to think strategically, problem-solve and make decisions
•    Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
•    Ability to be adaptable and deal with frequent changes
•    Prior computer experience
•    Prior guest service experience
