Senior Digital Retention Marketing Manager


Job Description:

·         Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Merchandising teams with a focus on Guest loyalty and lifecycle marketing to co-develop the vision, strategy and tactics to use key digital marketing channels (including referrals, email, social, content, search, direct mail, SMS, call lists) to drive growth from both first-time purchasers as well as our most loyal Guests.
·         Work cross-functionally to understand the needs and assist in campaign strategy and tactics.
·         Assess third party data sources and co-develop CRM audiences and Guest lifecycle strategies to improve overall Guest retention and conversion activities.
·         Use CRM to generate and disseminate output files through various marketing channels (e.g. email, direct mail, SMS, digital social, call lists, etc.).
·         Advanced management of database requirements (CRM).
·         Lead teams to execute campaigns (manual or automated) on a daily/weekly/monthly/as-needed basis.
·         Report performance, subscriber health, new opportunities, and risks.
·         Stay current on CRM and nurture marketing research and strategies. Share with management and teams.
·         Communicate marketing results and Guest behavior to cross-functional teams and departments.
·         Educate teams around how our Guests respond to communications and offers through feedback and training. 
·         Manage financial objectives, budgets, performance metrics that result in increased lifetime value.

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree
·         Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
·         Ability to think strategically, problem-solve and make decisions
·         Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
·         Ability to be adaptable and deal with frequent changes
·         Prior computer experience
